Custom Suit Design

We can not wait to meet you! At Xela’s Customs, we strive to make a personal connection with all of our client so we make sure to meet each and every one of them during a one-on-one consultation. This not only allows us to get to know one another, but also to clearly communicate to perfectly design your vision for your suit!

Suit production time for custom orders is calculated from date of consultation to the anticipated shipping/pick-up date. My average turnaround time is 8 weeks, but varies based on point in season. Shorter turn around times may be subject to rush fees or may not processed. If you have questions on my current turnaround times please email me.

The first step for a custom order is establishing a price point. All suits start at the same base point and include your choice of connectors and fabrics. Custom suit pricing is determined by the volume and the color variety of rhinestones used in the design. 

As you look through the gallery make note of those price changing factors and try to focus on fabric and stone colors used in the examples.  We can narrow down those options during your one-on-one consultation.  

RUSH order charges: Suits orders placed with a turn around time under 8 weeks are subject to a $50 rush order charge. Those placed with a 4 week or less turn around time are subject to a $100 rush order charge or may not be processed.

Payment Plans: Monthly installments are due on the first calendar day every month each consecutive month following your initial payment. Monthly payments must be a minimum of $100 or more and final payment is due prior to suit pick-up/shipment. Failure to reconcile missed payments within 5 days of scheduled payment will be considered a cancelled order. All cancellations will result in a credit on file or transferable gift certificate, a cash refund will not be offered for any situation.

Competition Services

A consultation is not required for competition, event, or photoshoot services. However, we understand that some of you enjoy talking with your tanning professional or make-up artist prior to booking services! If this is something you would like to do, feel free to request a consultation here!
